Product Features
Our twisted tubes are widely used in various heat exchangers due to their efficient heat transfer performance. The heat exchangers composed of twisted tubes enables both the tube and shell sides to flow in a spiral flow, promoting turbulence and thus improving heat transfer efficiency. This type of heat exchanger not only has a high heat transfer coefficient, but also has an almost equal pressure drop, making it widely used in applications that require efficient heat exchange, such as power, seawater desalination, ships, oil refining, and petrochemicals. The structural characteristics of twisted tubes give them advantages in handling viscous medium. Its unique channel design helps reduce the flow resistance of the medium, improve flow efficiency, and thus perform well in handling viscous medium such as waste paper water, cold slag water, and crude oil. In industrial production processes, a large amount of waste heat is often generated. The efficient heat transfer performance of twisted tubes makes them an ideal choice for waste heat recovery.
